Happy hour was a nice touch and allowed us to meet other guests. The front porch had the most spectacular view of the town and water and was enjoyable to hang out on.The hostesses were gracious, helped with reservations, luggage and parking the car. A delightful stay."

"Location is picturesque with magnificent views, close to town and easily accessible from all directions. It is built on several levels on a site situated on a steep hill so luggage has to be carried up or down stairs to some units from reception &/or the car park - not a problem for many but perhaps a consideration for some. My wife & I thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will certainly book again when in Queenstown."

"The ground and buildings look good - feels like you’re in a Swiss resort. Staff nice enough. Breakfast very average though. Had to pay $15 per day for parking which is expensive. It’s a hotel that gets large bus groups through so can be noisy. "

"We stayed in a one bedroom apartment which seemed to be two connected rooms: one smaller bedroom/bathroom with twin beds and a larger studio with another bathroom and kitchenette. Having the extra bathroom and room for bags was appreciated. It had nice mountain views and a patio - did lack a bit of privacy as we were on ground floor and visible to the street and busy road. Large windows and glass doors (nice and light) with effective blockout blinds. Kitchenette was sufficiently equipped for...
