Thank you Tennille and Cristian for staying with us. Due to the Covid situation, we have only opened one wing with ten rooms (mid november) with the area around now cleaned and trimmed. As explained to you in person, your reservation did not show breakfast included in it, hence the issue. Nonetheless we immediately agreed to provide you breakfast which you then asked us to adjust with lunch instead. We freshly prepared and packed the Aloo parathas for you as a takeaway as Mr Cristian informed at lunch that he wanted something very light and no gravy stuff. It was not bought. Secondly we gave you a late checkout without you even asking for it. Our staff did its best to ensure your stay was comfortable and it will be nice if this would have been mentioned as well.
