"The TV was too small and the remote didn’t always work. We were given a room right next to the ice machine, vending machine and washer/dryer room where you can hear someone getting ice or a drink in the middle of the night"

"Great place to stay for a show at Hayden. I’ve stayed here twice, the rooms are always clean, the snack bar is a life saver after a show."

"Our room was extremely comfortable. The room was clean and had everything we needed. Hotel is at a great location. The staff were so friendly, welcoming, and very helpful. They gave us helpful tips and notified us immediately when we left something in our room. Highly recommend this hotel."

"Clean room, comfortable bed, nice setup. Being on the top floor with no elevator meant bags were a bit of a hassle but parking availability helped. Noise carries but earplugs were provided! Overall would definitely stay here again :)"

"Front desk staff was very friendly and also informative. Overall stay there was great and entire hotel was well maintained and clean!"

When politely asked if there was more juice or coffee cups or other items, she acted as if she was being put out, glared, did not...

"This was such a lovely hotel located within walking paths, restaurants and the river. It was very clean and quiet and the staff were extremely friendly. I would stay here again when traveling through Bend."

"Pay over 240.00 for one night then you have to pay for parking very disappointed. And for the price the Breakfast should have had more options and added creamer for coffee"

"This is an older property with a cold breakfast."

"I appreciate the kitchen staff helping me fill my one gallon water canteen for the trip, as it was hot that day and I needed to bring extra. There’s a fee for parking on the premises! It was not obvious when I booked and I checked in late so I said I would be parking in the lot but it wasn’t reiterated to me that there would be a fee. Breakfast is good; the meat option wasn’t there both mornings I came down and I didn’t come down too late, so either they ran out (on a night of a popular concert...
