"The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful, and the lobby and breakfast area were pleasant and clean. The woman who was the hostess for breakfast was the most cheerful person we have ever had in any hotel for any breakfast! She was fantastic and the breakfast was delicious. The recently refurbished fitness center was a disappointment mainly because it is so small and crowded that when we saw that the only things to do with weights was medicine balls, we tried throwing a medicine ball to each other but we were worried about hitting the ceiling and breaking a light fixture or hitting a mirror and breaking that because there was really no room to do anything. So hand weights would make more sense than medicine balls. I am a fitness professional for my job so I have some knowledge in that area! Our room was also comfortable and clean, but the toilet would not stop running so we constantly had to take the tank lid off to adjust that. We told the front desk about it and she immediately wrote it down and was going to talk to maintenance."

"The room was very nice, as well as the amenities in the room. We thought the breakfast menu was rather lacking in that the only hot food available was make your own waffles. Most other hotels we stay at offer items such as scrambled eggs, sausage/bacon, biscuits, muffins, etc."

"Our reservation was not easy for the front desk to find for whatever reason which was very curious to me?? I had added my brother's name as the extra guest in the second room I had reserved, but apparently that one ended up being the primary name on the reservation (even though the Hotels.com account is mine through which I booked both of our rooms.) So this was a bit confusing and caused a delay a check in which I never like... especially for anyone who is waiting to check in after me. I had not used Hotels.com for quite a few years, so hopefully this is not the case for many others in recent years,. but for whatever reason I was not able to book the Microtel Inn & Suites directly on their own platform, so I used this route as the familiar option. The stay itself was nice... clean rooms, friendly staff, comfortable sleep. Did not try the free breakfast or any use of the exercise area or pools. But the areas we encountered were clean and welcoming. The candy bowls sitting throughout the lobby area were a nice and "sweet" added bonus. : )"

"The staff was super friendly and accommodating. The room was clean, comfy and had everything we needed. So close to Gettysburg and all the tourist attractions and still close enough to Maryland so we could watch our sons collegiate tournament at Mount Saint Mary University "

"The front desk worker was sleeping and we waited 30 mins to get any service. The bathroom had a stopper In front of the tub and it hurt when you stepped down. The house guess was rude. Breakfast was awful the meat was cold and hard, juice was very watered down. There was a worker sitting in the area and was talking loud and rude to my children."
