"Wonderful resort with great hospitality. Room service was prompt and professional. Our dining experiences at many of the restaurants were top notch. The grounds were beautiful and well maintained.
My only critique is there I noticed considerable trash on the beach. Nothing large and noticeable but if you pay attention there was a lot of small pieces of trash debris throughout the sand. Small pieces of plastic, bottle caps, etc.
I did not choose this resort for the beach as it is a little rocky...

"The staff is what saved this resort. Every single staff member is truly amazing.
Resort needs a deep clean overall. Lots of broken tiles in pools. Beach chairs are filthy.
On plus side. Views from ocean side rooms are beautiful. Rooms big. Variety in restaurant choices. Amazing staff.
During my first week I stayed in a Riu resort and moved to Fiesta for my second. Payed more than at Riu for the week so I expected better or at least the same experience. I was disappointed.
