Generally a very pleasant stay. The room is clean and quiet. The bed is also comfortable. Great shower with excellent water pressure. The gym is pretty decent for a hotel. The pool is not big but good enough for a relaxed swim. There is a shopping mall next to the hotel where you can find restaurants and a convenience store.

i thought it was not too far from the Airport to the Hotel . The hotel kept in contact with me . as i required shuttle service to get to the Hotel. Breakfast was great , staff where great.

Perfect for a short stay close to the airport. Convenient shuttle transfers worked perfectly with minimal wait time on arrival. Confusing instructions provided through hotels.com but clear on their website. Room was spacious and clean. Breakfast included which was lovely and well serviced with takeaway coffee. Only stayed 1n stopover so did not leave hotel.

Absolutely brilliant place, safe, spotlessly clean & friendly staff. The small pool was lovely. The area is close to the ADO bus stop from the airport & also made it easy to visit lots of other places. Highly recommended.

I think this must be the cleanest hotel we've ever stayed in. I've stayed in 5*when I say this. They couldn't do enough to help my disabled daughter who has mobility problems. The only downside was that they didn't have a restaurant

Exceptional service from staff, very good food, especially from all day dining in Aurora. Clean a well functioning room. Decent sound insulation. Thing to notice - very soft mattress. Still rather comfortable sleep. One thing to be aware of is that in frint of the hotel the entrance to the water can be troublesome in a presence of even small waves. The safe bay is some 15 minutes walk along the beach.

All inclusive is amazing, the swimming pools are so good. The food is fine, but the good restaurant is open at night.

Convenient hotel for the airport, the shuttle bus runs every half hour and was on time, and it took under 10 minutes to get to Terminal 4. Staff were helpful and the room was clean and comfortable.

We stayed here for one night before getting the ADO bus to Tulum. This hotel is an oasis of ancient trees with a little pool and breakfast included. It was literally a 5 minute walk from the bus station and there were lots of great bars and restaurants very close by.

We had a brilliant time at Ventus Ha Marina. It's nice and spacious, with three hotels in the complex and access to all of them and their facilities, so there's plenty to explore. We were given a free upgrade to a big room with a bathtub, spotlessly clean with loads of bits provided. We don't have kids ourselves but you could easily see why it's a good spot for families.
