"Keep your money look somewhere else before booking there !! This place is a joke I had a terrible experience at Royalton Splash Cancun and would not recommend it to anyone. The food situation alone was unacceptable. I was served a raw hamburger, which is completely unacceptable for any resort, especially one that claims to be high-end. To make things worse, the pizza place kept running out of cheese, and the burger station ran out of fries—how does a burger place run out of fries? The bar wasn’t any better. They didn’t even have mint for mojitos, one of the most basic cocktails you’d expect at a resort in Cancun. Service across the board was horrible. Every request felt like a burden. The staff constantly said “no” to simple things, and the overall attitude was rude and unwelcoming. It honestly felt like the employees were miserable and didn’t want to be there. The pool area was chaotic. Getting a chair felt like competing in a daycare—people scrambling and fighting over spots first thing in the morning. Even the ice cream stand couldn’t keep up—they ran out of cones, which just added to the frustration. Overall, this resort was disorganized, poorly managed, and far from the luxury experience it promises. Definitely not worth the money."

"Clean room, clean amenities for the most part except in the bathrooms down by the pool puke on the inside door and flooding one day. Staff were friendly, food was okay, gluten free offerings minimal, airport shuttle very easy and prompt. I booked the shuttle separate and not through Expedia. Beaches were terrible, tons of seaweed and really couldn’t go in the water. Overall an okay property but won’t return. The resort was over run by raccoons. "

"We were really looking forward to another stay at Sensira, after a great time last year. The resort is clean and the staff is great, and the amenities remained pretty much the same. While Sensira advertises itself as a family resort, instead this year they hosted 2 separate Texas private school graduation trips during our 7 night stay - there were hundreds of entitled kids treating it as their private resort, crowding the facilities and having late night parties (including resort hosted white parties that went until 11pm with loud music and screaming) and loud music from balconies. My suggesting to resort management is to host these sorts of parties on off-peak weeks (i.e., not during spring break) or require them to rent out the entire resort. We and the few other families with young kids did not enjoy those days."

"I loved it . Staff was amazing extremely helpful . Now the food ! We arrived on a Friday for gala night . Steaks that melt like butter , lobster delicious . The buffet was my favorite place to eat out of all restaurants. Will definitely return again this summer . "
