"Honestly probably one of the worst resorts I have ever stayed at, and I’ve stayed at a lot.. the resort is extremely understaffed, the food was absolutely horrible. Many nights we went without eating because dinner at the restaurants was either nasty or the wait was extremely long. Buffet wasn’t open for dinner, only breakfast and lunch. "We (2 adults and 2 kids) stayed for a week at Hyatt Ziva. It was incredible. The staff is very nice and attentive. It rained one of the afternoons, and the entertainment team came around to do special activities with the kids. The restaurants are very nice. The buffet actually spans 2 huge rooms. "My first resort and honestly the bar has been set, food was amazing and staff were incredibly friendly. They really did put in their attention to detail. Resort was not crowded at all, plenty of room for a chair under umbrellas and the beach view was incredible. 10/10! "
