"My wife and I have been going to Cancun for 30 years now. In those 30 years, This was the first time at the Riu Palace Kukulkan. I can honestly say my wife and I were shocked. Everything about the resort, the property itself, air conditioned facilities, amenities, the food and drinks were all superior to what we’ve been used to. We will definitely be going back and definitely taking friends and family with us. Highly suggest the Riu Palace Kukulkan - Adults Only - All Inclusive."

"Breathless soul was a great adults only resort. The staff were so attentive and helpful, I never was left waiting or needing anything. Room service was alittle slow and it sucked that there was really only one spot to go to for lunch since dinner spots didn’t open until 6. However, rooms were beautiful, beach access was beautiful, food was amazing, and spa was soooooooo relaxing"

"El hotel esta en reparación, no había aire acondicionado en el restaurante principal, ni el en bar y en una de las habitaciones que nos asignaron, una tarde no tenían toallas para la piscina, el staff en general siempre trato de vendernos algo en lugar de ayudar a solucionar nuestros problemas, una de las piscinas estaba en mantenimiento y las sillas de las piscinas son totalmente insuficientes para la cantidad de huéspedes en el hotel, tuvimos que esperar 35min para hacer nuestro check in y...
