. We booked a two-night stay, which unfortunately turned out to be a big mistake.
We arrived around 6:00 p.m. as a family of five (myself, my husband, and our three children). That evening, our youngest child became ill and vomited in the room. When we contacted the front desk for extra sheets and basic cleaning supplies to change the linens, the response was completely unaccommodating. No cleaning products were provided, and we were not offered any meaningful assistance during what was already a stressful situation with a sick child.
To make matters worse, the toilet became plugged. Maintenance arrived wearing outdoor boots, aggressively plunged the toilet, and then left without cleaning or sanitizing the bathroom afterward. When I again requested sanitary cleaning products, I was told none were available.
The lack of basic hygiene support, cleanliness, and empathy was shocking — especially for a hotel accommodating families. The situation was unsanitary, uncomfortable, and entirely inappropriate. This experience fell far below acceptable hospitality standards, and we would not recommend staying here.
