The staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable from the check-in process, to our room attendant, to the bartenders and waiters in the restaurants and buffet area. Most of all, Maria in the Preferred Lounge truly stood out. She was incredibly pleasant and helpful in many situations throughout the week, and even assisted me personally in a situation without any hesitation. Every morning, she greeted guests with a warm smile, a wonderful way to start the day. "

"We LOVED sensira! Loved! The food was amazing and since everything was inclusive we definitely enjoyed every single thing lol. Nothing disappointed. We will say Rodeo was the best restaurant if we had to choose. The room was gorgeous (amber room). Our room also included access to an exclusive lounge which we often went to (it’s quieter and adults only). The only thing that would make me not choose this resort again is the location. It was easy to arrive by by cab but the road leading to the resort is soooo bumpy and you can’t walk to anything because there’s nothing near. Aside from that we’ll be back. "
