No smart tv to watch shows. They didn’t even have a phone in the room. No security doors the place was horrible. They need to put more love into the building. Unbelievable."

"Both the ventilation and sink had bad odors. I ran the heater warmer than normal and it began clearing up. I don't know if it was the water or something in the sink trap that caused the odor."

"I checked out of a near by place that I was unhappy with. I lost out on money as well.. I decided to book with Bestwestern Upon arrival I was greeted! The lobby was clean. Coffee was fresh and hot. Room was great! We slept well.. this will be where I’ll be staying whenever I visit. Thank you Best Western and Staff!!"

"This hotel is a scaled-down version of the Hilton Hotels out there. My room was great, the shower was incredible, the pillow was soft and comfortable along with the mattress, and I appreciated that there was a small kitchen with things available to use. However, there is a real lack of things offered for breakfast: no juice or milk, bagels and muffins are packaged in company bags, no place to sit down if you wanted to (unless you go outside, and that is a “no” in negative weather), BUT THE COFFEE WAS GREAT. I don’t think I’d ever stay here again. Sorry. The “real” Hilton is more accommodating"

"The staff were wonderfully helpful and kind, and having a suite with 4 queen beds was a huge benefit for our large family. Karen ran breakfast and was super engaged with guest needs, keeping things stocked and moving and chatting with my kids. We booked the same room on our travels back because it was so good for us."
