"The hotel itself was definitely something to see. Beautifully designed, and you can tell a lot of thought was put into it. The rooms were your typical hotel room, slightly outdated, but still very functional. The issue we had was with the key cards/door access. We went thru 5 keys before we finally gained access to our room - and we weren’t the only guest with that issue. The front desk staff member handled the frustrating situation wonderfully, never losing her cool with any of the guests, despite the later hour and how many of us were experiencing the same issue.
In the morning when we checked out, our room was flagged and we were given a discount for our troubles - again the staff was beyond pleasant and apologized profusely for our inconvenience.
Quick note to add - the bed was probably the most comfortable bed I have ever slept on and I woke up with zero back pain."
