We had an issue with the room assigned to us but this was dealt with very quickly and management upgraded us for the inconvenience. We booked a balcony room but in reality it just overlooked the parking area so wouldn’t recommend it. Definitely would stay here again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this hotel."
