Staff was amazing! One of the only places in Vegas I didn’t feel nickel and dimmed. We got free in room, coffee and waters. Everything we asked for was there within five minutes. Super bonus, amazing huge bathtub and of course, a kitchen which saves money in itself.

This hotel does not give you a luxury 5 star feel. When asked why our door dash order could not be brought up by room service, front desk staff claimed hotel does not provide this as it is a 4 star. This is wrongly listed as 5 star. Breakfast was overly priced for cold buffet

The property is beautiful. I found some of the staff at the restaurants to be rude and dismissive; especially at the buffet. I wouldn’t go back to eat there; the fact that you have to wait 45 minutes to get seated is not worth it, as the food is nothing special.
