"This hotel needs an update. Mattress was sagging. Furniture and draperies were old."

"It was nice, staff was very friendly and loved the warm cookies they give during check-in. The toilet seat in our room looked like pee stains around the rim. They just need to change it won't come off. That's the only reason I didn't give them a 5star."

"We stayed in a suite. Dirty dishes in the dishwasher. No dish soap. Shower water pressure was good. No shampoo. All bottles hard for short person to press down to get soap. No bath towel rods to hang wet towels. Bed was nice. Need maid service every day to give more soap, coffee, General check on things."

"They gave me a room on second level right next to elevator and you could hear every time it was used. Besides that great location and staff was friendly."

"The staff was friendly & courteous! The Gym was always opened with the latest machines! The Hot Tub was soothing!"

"When I got to the room there was a white dental floor in the corner which was not mind so that let me know the room was not vacuum well. The second day the beds were made but no vacuuming then the toilet was stopped up the 2nd day which there was a sign at the front desk something was going on with the maintenance. The receptionist at the front desk was very nice, with great customer service skills and the restaurant was good very nice people."
