"Booked a trip for me and a friend and wanted to keep to a budget. This hotel was budget friendly but felt like luxury. 10 minutes walk from the Train station, easy access to bus routes and local amenities and restaurants. A short bus ride or 30/40 minutes walk to Citta Alta via the funnicular. The apartment was immaculate, spacious and modern, we had a separate living space/kitchen, a large bathroom and a comfortable bed. Very quiet and minimal road noise. The staff were polite and check in was...

"We booked a double room & private bathroom, toiletries, laundry , air conditioning & coffee making facilities. We had to share a bathroom with 2 other apartments , a sofa bed vs a double bed & there were no toiletries & actually no toilet roll, a fan & no air conditioning & no laundry facilities .we also had an issue checking in , initially they had no record of our booking & told us it had been through Expedia ?? We tried to escalate to Hotels.com but they don’t read the emails properly ! "
