"This was not like the listing. There is no balcony. The bathroom was outdated, there were no dish towels in the kitchen yet we were made to do our own dishes. The air conditioning unit was located in the main area and not the bedroom. The staff communication was very poor. We messaged twice and received no communication back. The mattress was uncomfortable and there was staining on the blanket. The street noise was so loud below. The cost was not worth it."

"I am very disappointed with how my stay was handled. When I arrived, I was told that my family of four (2 adults, 1 teenager, and 1 child under 10) could not stay in the room I had reserved. Instead of simply moving us to the larger room—which was actually available and bigger than the one I originally booked—I was required to pay for and book both rooms. I don’t understand why I couldn’t have just been charged for the larger room instead of being forced to pay for two rooms. To make matters...

"1. The location is perfect! 2. 5 minute walk to Milano Centrale 3. The sidewalks has a slope for about 10 degrees in which not good for luggages as it will slide down to the road and you will have to compensate for it. Something to keep in mind. 4. It is a luxury apartment not a hotel so treat it as one. 5. Toiletries and other stuff are provided one time and won’t replenish. I believe you can ask for it though. 6. "Located just a few mins walk from the station it’s convenient. I had to drop off my luggage earlier and had very clear instructions sent over the day before on how to do this . The property was clean. The only negative I found was that though there were instructions of nearby restaurants I didn’t find much options. Stayed 1 night in July 2026."
