"Belle emplacement pour séjourner!! Malheureusement un des deux ascenseurs fonctionnait pas et ça nous a fait perdre beaucoup de temps pour y accéder!! Malgré la limite du nombre de personnes,les gens se serraient et ça pouvait occasionner un blocage d’ascenseur ou entraîner des crises d engoisse pour les utilisateurs!!
L’espace lunch et petit pour l’ensemble des occupants de l hôtel!!
Sinon le personnel etait serviable et dans l’ensemble c’était propre.."

"The property was conveniently located close to public transportation and Time Square(literally a few minutes walk). The rooms are small(wasn't in there much anyway). I really wouldn't recommend paying extra for the breakfast, it's not that great and there are pleanty of options a few steps away. Beautiful rooftop with beautiful views of the city(not sure if/why it's a requirement to purchase something for guests of the hotel but the bartender didn't ask either) All in all a good location."

Le personnel est adorable.
La chambre simple et pratique surtout avec la cuisine très pratique surtout à NY et le balcon le petit plus !
Il manque juste un coffre fort dans la chambre utile pour éviter de sortir avec tout.
Les services comme l eau avec bouteille en libre service, la machine à café dans le hall et la laverie sont extrêmement utiles.

"Overall we had a great stay at this hotel while visiting NYC. Good central location, clean rooms, amazing shower, and comfy beds. Reception looked a bit tired, and the staff we interacted with on check in day were not very friendly. All other cleaning/facility staff were wonderful. The bar on site is overly expensive. All in all we would stay again."

"The Courtyard on W 37th St in NYC was very well maintained and appeared to have been remodeled or it was new. Everything looked great and the rooms wwre in great condition. The one outer glass door panels was shattered, but the doors still.worked and I'm sure they are working on getting it fixed.
The only issue we had was a squeaky door and maintenance came right upmand sprayed some WD40 and fixed it.
Parking on the street was fine on Sunday, but make sure to move tona garage nearby before...

"We were very happy to get into our room, even though we arrived early. We expected to drop our bags with the desk and sightsee until later that afternoon. The room was updated and clean. The location was fantastic. We did know where it was, theoretically, by looking at the map. However, we just didn't realize, until we got there, just how perfect the location was. So close to Hudson Yards and the Highline, Madison Square Garden, Penn Station, and the Chelsea Piers, where we took a dinner cruise....
