Il y a beaucoup de portes d’accès pour la réception de l’hôtel, l’emplacement des chambres aurait avantage à être mieux indiqué à partir de l’accueil. "** READ & AVOID THIS HOTEL ** We have stayed there many times but now never again. Definitely not a 4 star hotel! The disgusting lack of cleanliness in the room was our main issues. We went to sleep in the bed, we noticed there was no sheet, when we pulled back the fitted sheet it was stained! There was approximately 6 or 7 different stains on the sheet! We complained they sent up cleaning staff & she went to put the new fitted sheet on it also was also stained. Nobody is bothering to check if...

"Arrived at the Usual for another few days as the family live very close by and this hotel is very convenient but the room was extremely cold. The outside temperature was 16 degrees and the air conditioning was on in my room and the fan was blowing out very cold air. Hardly the weather for air conditioning to be on. I spoke to reception and was told that the temperature was set the same for all the rooms and she would turn off the fan. However the room the next day the room was too cold. I am 83...

"Unsere Erfahrung im Leonardo Hotel Papendrecht war leider enttäuschend. Bereits der Empfang wirkte unfreundlich und lustlos. Auf Nachfrage wurde nicht wirklich hilfsbereit reagiert, sondern eher patzig. Das Zimmer war sauber, das Bett bequem und die Dusche. Besonders die Regendusche war sehr gut.
