"We (family of 5) had a great stay at LYV Apartments in early April 2026. The rooms are very nice, kitchen has everything you need and the host if easy to communicate with (both direct and via app).
The area is nice and vibrant, with good and easy access to U-Bahn. We also appreciated the parking options in the backyard.
All in all a big recommendation, and we will defintely be back!"

"Lovely apartment in a great location. Clean and close to lots of shops and cafes. On a side road, so very quiet at night. Ideally situated for the S trains and U bahn. 30 mins by train to Berlin Brandenburg Airport. Highly recommend these studios/suites, and will definitely return. "

"The room was very clean and bright and spacious and I was unaware of any noise from other guests despite being on the 4th floor (of 5)
There was some noise outside the hotel - parties/music in the evenings at the weekend and a children’s school on Monday morning but these were just normal residential noises which I quite enjoyed.
I would stay here again"
