I was not in Berlin for the best of reasons, but the staff at the hotel were wonderful and made me feel welcome. In particular Tony and Gregor at the Front Desk were absolutely brilliant, and a true example of hospitality. The GM, I unfortunately do not remember her name was also very helpful. The ...

Although I set up a filter for hotels with breakfast included I was surprised to learn that breakfast was actually an additional cost at the hotel. Rooms are only serviced if you arrange it with reception.
