"Very uncomfortable bed and I had requested disability room. Toliet was lower than a normal toliet, impossible to get in shower since tub was so high and even with grab bars it was too difficult to get in. Air conditioner didn’t handle the heat that was happening. Staff is not very courteous and welcoming. ..."
