"De kamer was schoon en groot genoeg voor 4 personen. Het balkonnetje was heerlijk om even in het zonnetje een kopje koffie te drinken. De kamer werd op verzoek tijdens het verblijf schoongemaakt. Receptie personeel was erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Enige punt van aandacht is dat de slaapbank in onze kamer wat te stevig was, we hebben van het hotel nog een extra topper gekregen, maar een iets dikkere topper zou uitkomst bieden. "The balcony room was extremely spacious, especially for an inner city hotel. Very sweet and helpful staff. Good central location, however I feel there are nicer parts of town to stay. Watch out for scammers trying to get donation for a deaf school!"

"When I walked through the door last Wednesday afternoon, I was greeted with “Welcome back!” So, it was reassuring that I’d made the right choice in returning to GINN City & Lounge Yorck Berlin, after a year. That greeting was so genuine and most appreciated. Then, throughout my 5 night stay, I enjoyed lovely interactions with so many staff members. I have grown to LOVE GINN City & Lounge Yorck Berlin. 💖"

"Room wasn’t as clean as I’d have liked - hairs in the shower and sink on arrival. I stayed in one of the old rooms (not the newly renovated ones) so the decor was dated but acceptable. The hotel has major renovations work going on so the hallways are dusty and the construction noise is very loud. You have to pay an extra EUR 15 per person per day to use the sauna. Security guard assisted me with a sticky door then accessed my personal details (I didn’t give these) and added me on Facebook....

"We stayed in both Hyperion Munich and Berlin.Both are excellent.Nerlin has large comfortable rooms ,great shower and good A/C.Staff are helpful and friendly.U Bahn is a short walk there are steps no lift to station.Breakfast is good but has no omelette stand It can get busy at peak times."

"Modern upscale hotel with tasteful room decor, comfortable, great attention to room details, plenty of lighting, power outlets, and complimentary water and in room coffee. The staff was very helpful with the checking and checkout processes. Didn’t have time to explore the neighborhood but I’ve heard had delicious ethnic food and shopping."

"First time staying at this hotel and in Berlin so im very thankful for the staff being kind and professional throughout our stay. The room was very clean and has awesome toiletries provided. The AC wasn't as cold as we wanted so we had to open the windows which was unfortunate since with was really loud outside both day and night. Other than that, we had an amazing stay. The location is also convenient since it's close to a train station and a walking distance to some landmarks. I'll definitely...

"Bathroom was up to date as well as kitchen. washer dryer was odd had to manually change bw wash rinse and spin. Carpets sofa and cushions need update — made room look feel very dingy. BUT … staff was wonderful very helpful and efficient !"
