"Mooi hotel en mooie ligging! Heel fijn dat er een supermarkt en station op loopafstand waren. Alles was goed bereikbaar. Het enige minpuntje was echt de airconditioning. Het kon niet lager dan 18 graden maar het was alsnog echt te warm. Binnen temperatuur liep volgens de thermostaat op tot wel 25 graden terwijl de airco 'aan' was. Gelukkig was het buiten koel genoeg om een raampje open te doen maar ik kan me voorstellen dat dit niet uit te houden is in de zomer!"

"I arrived at the hotel from Berlin Airport around 8:00 AM. I fully understand that this was very early for check-in, but I expected at least some flexibility, especially from a larger hotel. I thought there might be a possibility to check in around 12:00 or 1:00 PM, but the staff was not friendly or helpful, and I was made to wait until exactly 3:00 PM. The frustrating part is that when I finally got into the room, it was extremely empty, dark, cold, and uncomfortable. There was barely any...

"Fantastic staff at the front desk, were able to check us in even though we arrived really early, and let us keep our bags while we explored the city in the morning, a d emailed me once the room was ready. Location is great, and the room was very clean!"
