"Centrally located. Couple small things need attention; fridge kept items warm, could use a little upkeep. Also free drink for green option; but…apparently one sparkling water for my wife was 12 francs, so about $20 Canadian. That seems utterly ridiculous."
"Room was clean but there are really no views from the windows. Top floor bar offers great views and is very convenient. The service was excellent. The location of the hotel was perfect."
"This hotel is delightfully quirky. Rooms are interesting and well equipped. Biggest shower I had in Switzerland, great location between the clock tower and train station. There is a huge lounge with multiple living rooms and a full kitchen and fridge for guests. And free coffee drinks. I recommend for short and longer stays."
"room was smaller than expected and DIFFICULT to get to. We had to walk through the breakfast room with our luggage to get to the room!!! And then you had to lug your bag up about 6 steps to get to the elevator to take you to your floor. Would not stay here again for that reason. Air conditioning cuts off at night."
"It is a wonderful old building, the lift is so original, all rooms vary so that may influence your stay. Most informative staff I ever met!!!! Helped us with free public transit & decide on what to visit. The breakfast had the largest Verity we encountered on this trip.
