This is a great hotel in the heart of central Bern. Lots to see and do by foot nearby. Lots of restaurants at all price points nearby and a really handy tram a bus stop 1/2 block away!

The location was right in the middle of the old town. It is a nice and clean hotel with friendly staff. I would stay again.

Everything excellent. The room was very comfortable although it was very hot in the room. Upon asking we were told that due to the season the option was to open the window which is not our preference. The coffee maker in the room was not easy to use so we couldn't use it.

Well kept, so clean, very beautiful. Lots of things to do within the hotel, around the hotel there is even more. Amazing staff, so quick to respond and correct any issues. They even had adapters for us to use for our electronics. They give you water every day, and great Nespresso every day. We will stay here again when we come back to Bern. Cheers.

Nice room but the air conditioning did not work well at all. On the lowest temperature and highest fan the room stayed too hot so we had bad sleep there

Excellent location
The hotel is in an excellent, central location. The hotel staff were helpful and friendly. The room was clean and well equipped. The bed was a little firm for a side sleeper. The roof top bar was cool with wonderful views over the city. We would recommend this hotel.

Fint og centralt
Perfekt beliggenhed, det bliver ikke mere centralt. Fint værelse , hvis man kender hinanden godt kan man godt overleve at døren til toilettet og baderummet er gennemsigtigt. Ellers vil jeg mene det er det kan blive lidt akavet!. Morgenmaden er okay, friskt brød, kaffen er elendig som altid når hotellerne har de der automat kaffe. Af et 4 stjernet hotel havde jeg forventet bedre , men schweiz er generelt dyrt , så det er nok standarden. Hotellets beliggenhed er det bedste ved dette hotel.

Excellent staff
The staff at the reception was very helpful and friendly. Also, his working efficiency was remarkable. Worth a compliment here. The hotel is nice and provide a no. of nice amenities. One problem of the room was that we found that the door of the bathroom cannot be closed entirely. And the bathing area was just with a blurred glass. So this a bit inconvenient and awkward if I stayed with a friend that that is not that close. Hope the hotel can come up with some solution is increase the privacy to the bathroom.

Hôtel superbement situé au centre de la vieille ville de Berne. Ambiance chic et personnel très courtois. Chambre moderne, bien entretenue. Stationnement relativement éloigné de l’hôtel, peu commode.
