"This hotel was a great find in the heart of Bern! The room was spacious with a very comfortable bed and pillows. Air conditioning was a huge plus! The bathroom is spacious and had a great shower! The hotel is within walking distance of old town, with plenty of restaurants, shops and bars. You can easily explore the city on foot from this location, or by taking the tram. There is a tram in town that is super easy to take...make sure to ask the front desk for a free pass. There is no on site...

"Staff were quite good and helpful . Rooms were a good size . Tv was up to date .convenient to have to free access to city travel by trains and bus that the hotel offers and station adjacent to the hotel . A couple things I would like to have had would be a Safe in the room for our valuables another would be a coffee machine rather than buying one from lobby or adjacent property. If your like me I have my coffee before I go anywhere in the morning . Overall all it was a nice stay ."

"Overall a great stay but I think the A/C should be controlled in the room to go below 20 degrees Celsius. Also the front desk staff were great but they need to communicate what tram stop to get off at rather than just the direction of the tram. Would stay here again! Food was great too!"

"We had a perfect four-night stay and loved this place! The apartment was modern, spacious, spotlessly clean, and truly felt like a home away from home. It's the ideal size for two people and features a fully equipped kitchenette complete with a microwave, fridge, and great cooking facilities. The location is incredibly convenient, too—there's an Aldi supermarket right across the street, a bus stop just a two-minute walk away, and it’s only a ten-minute bus ride to the main train station. "Room was clean and as advertised. AC was great and a relief from the heat while we visited! Convenient location in proximity to the train and tons of food options around. Short walk to grocery as well. Communal space for group dinners, heating up food, well stocked communal kitchen and amenities for coffee, tea and water in the common space was great. On site contact was very helpful with suggestions for exploring and anything that was needed."

"We stayed here for two nights. Hit our head on the bunk bed a few times. I hope they can add some soft foam to the metal rails. Shower room and bed have hair. And the paper cups were kind of being pressed. But it is convenient"
