The sidewalks around the property were covered in trash and old diapers. There is no 'business center', I also did not see a 'fitness center'. "We stayed in different rooms on April 29 and on May 1, 2026. The rooms seemed recently renovated. This is a no-frills accommodation: there are a little refrigerator and cups, but no coffee-maker. "Amazing property right on Division. We were in town to see a show at the Tomorrow Theatre across the street so location was 10/10. Easy access to the house/room and the continental breakfast spread was impressive. Would and will book again the next time we stay the night in Portland."

"This is not a typical hotel, as it has a very hipster feel to it - even a billiards table in the lobby that you can play for free. Breakfast was pretty standard, but I appreciated that there were a lot of condiments to add to both yogurt and oatmeal. I’m not a pancake person, but the pancakes looked good and they were fruit toppings for them. Fitness Center had a good variety of weights and balls, even a Peleton. Provided water bottles on arrival."

"Very good location, upscale property, good size room and bath. If you don’t want valet parking there is a parking garage down the street. I had a very tasty breakfast in the Bistro in the hotel. I would recommend it. We also stayed here in 2019, it is still a great place to stay."
