"I did not like any of it ! The staff was not helpful at all. As I entered my room there were things broken off the wall and on floor. The door lock was on the floor had been broken off the door I stepped on the screw and it punctured my foot. When i took the pieces down to the front desk and they just stared at them and said thank you. It was late at night and i had numerous meetings for the next 3 days. I decided not to make a scene. "I arrived and was told there was an extra $30 per day for my dog the website says dogs are free and the place looked awful. Broken vehicles in the lot etc. The manager told me if I chose not to stay he wouldn’t charge me and understood. Then I was charged the full amount for all 3 days!"

"Worst place I’ve everr stayed in my entire life. Also nestled been treated with so much disrespect. Just to start off the manager wouldn’t let me check in cuz he thought I was a prosituite and tried to agree with me and say that I’ve stayed at his motel before. Ended getting an apology for that. But then he went on to say if I work the streets he would kick me out immediately. He likes to lurk in your window and see who’s in your place this place is ridiculous can’t have anyone at all over after...

"We got to the place to check in and were told they do not offer double beds and now that we are checking out they tell us they have a bunk bed room available for $70 which is more than the $55 room."

"The entire building smells smoke, bedding torn and stained. 1st I was given the size I had not reserved which was filthy, then moved to my reservation size but worse to, couldn't stay had to look for another place. Staff didn't care and not polite 🙂"

"Very easy to check in, the room was clean and cozy, the common areas were also very cozy and well-stocked with everything you could need, especially the kitchen. The restaurant next door was a bit loud at peak time of the evening, but that quieted down by the time we wanted to sleep and from then on it was nice and quiet. No complaints, will be coming back here again! Oh, and parking can be difficult to find in the middle of the day, but it really wasn’t THAT had to find a parking spot, just had...

"Couldn't sleep because of a clinking noise from the heater/air-conditioning pump that kept both my wife and I up all night."

"Great location. We didn’t need to go to airport but noticed that the shuttle was ready. The front desk coffee station is handy. Staff were super friendly. The only issue we had was the noise during the stay: not from the traffic or the airport, but the upper floor. The movement of the upper floor during midnight at 2am was very loud."

"I had a bit of late check-in and even though I had alerted the hotel about it, my room with a hot tub had been given to someone else who apparently had a similar name to mine?!?! I managed to get my room back after a couple of hours. It was not a very good start to what was meant to be a nice romantic getaway, but once we settled in, it was well worth the headache to get our room back… will be staying here again and would definitely recommend it to anyone."
