"This is my favorite hotel to stay at when flying out of Portland Airport. It is clean the restaurant bar is great and the staffn is helpful and friendly. They even upgrade my room if they can."

"We stayed in different rooms on April 29 and on May 1, 2026. The rooms seemed recently renovated. This is a no-frills accommodation: there are a little refrigerator and cups, but no coffee-maker. The concierge on each night was welcoming and competent. My only complaint is that on the second night, our supposedly non-smoking room smelled strongly of stale tobacco smoke. "It appears that this Ramada Inn may have become accommodation for people going through rough times and transitions in their lives. The sidewalks around the property were covered in trash and old diapers. There is no 'business center', I also did not see a 'fitness center'. While the room itself was clean and well maintained the rest of hotel was shabby. In the breakfast room there was a cabinet door falling off its hinges. "On my first night’s day, I had a majorsugar ant issue in the bathroom, I then reported it and the lady said she would be right up the past the buck onto the next coworker coming on shift and she came up and sprayed and left a trap for them, but by the time that all got taken care of they were already had tracked on my clothes going into the rest of the room and I find them crawling on me. I should’ve asked for an upgrade or a discount with having to deal with them for the three days I was there."

"This hotel was very dirty. My shoes were sticking to the floors. There was staines all over the carpet and loud people walking up and down the hallway. I did not sleep off in the hotel. When the cab driver picked me up he said “this is a very bad neighborhood and I should not come back here.” "

"Worst place I’ve everr stayed in my entire life. Also nestled been treated with so much disrespect. Just to start off the manager wouldn’t let me check in cuz he thought I was a prosituite and tried to agree with me and say that I’ve stayed at his motel before. Ended getting an apology for that. But then he went on to say if I work the streets he would kick me out immediately. He likes to lurk in your window and see who’s in your place this place is ridiculous can’t have anyone at all over after...

"The beds were comfortable. There were a couple of ants and one silverfish in the bathroom. Coffee in the lobby is wonderful with their machine that grinds the beans to dispense the coffee."

"The room was in a great location to catch a 6:00 am flight. There were two issues the facility should look at: 1. The top sheet for the queen bed barely covered the top of the bed without going at all down the side; 2. the hand soap pump at the bathroom sink was way to the left, leaving one’s hands to drip on toiletries on the counter while reaching for it."

"This hotel is just across the parking lot from the lightrail train-Max, It is great for transportation."
