"This place was so accommodating to us. Staff was absolutely kind, caring, and attentive. The rooms were very clean and well maintained. We definitely will be coming back. They made our stay as comfortable as possible."

The shuttle drivers were prompt and helpful, especially one driver who gave us tips about the Portland airport and asked questions about our stay and mentioned how he hoped we would come back. Very convenient location to the airport. Clean and well-maintained. Also, a great breakfast buffet compared to other hotel chains, and the young people working the area kept the food fresh and stocked regularly."

"Clean, comfortable room with decent pillows. That’s harder to find than you might imagine. Even my fussy husband found one he could sleep on. Breakfast was very basic, but they have coffee and hot water for tea and hot chocolate 24/7. The property is so close to the airport, it’s really convenient."

"I paid in advance for a two-day stay in a room with two queen beds in a Home to Suites -Portland Airport (Hilton) hotel. Instead without notice my reservation was changed to a room with only one queen bed and a very uncomfortable sofa bed that we had to make up with a thin blanket. I called the front desk and the night clerk brought up a blanket and inspected the room. She said she would inform her boss the next day and said Expedia would also be notified. I did not hear anything from anyone...

"We needed a place with a pool and hot tub, as one of us ran 50K (31.2mi) on Saturday. This, breakfast included, the rate, and Best Western’s reputation made us choose this. I was not wowed. The entrance lobby looked great, landscaping pretty, design was excellent. First turn-off was trash in the entryway near our room we were told to use. It’s what I expect from a Motel 6 multi-week rental, not from Best Western. They did clean it up after I mentioned it, but it was a negative first...

"Worst place I’ve everr stayed in my entire life. Also nestled been treated with so much disrespect. Just to start off the manager wouldn’t let me check in cuz he thought I was a prosituite and tried to agree with me and say that I’ve stayed at his motel before. Ended getting an apology for that. But then he went on to say if I work the streets he would kick me out immediately. He likes to lurk in your window and see who’s in your place this place is ridiculous can’t have anyone at all over after...

"We arrived at 11pm, got the key card,went to the room and the card worked. The bed was great, we woke at 5am and we're on the road at 630. Perfect Okay slight attempt at funny, but it was a quick stop. Excellent as always"

A second toaster would speed things up. Otherwise, selection was good and kitchen service personnel were attentive."

"This is my go-to when I have an early flight. The room is big, clean, and quiet. The bed is very comfortable with good pillows! Breakfast, if I am not leaving too early, is great as well. Have stayed several times and will stay again. The 24-hour shuttle to and from the airport is a big plus. Several of the hotels on Airport Way have limited hours and this one is always available. And when needed - the Park and Fly option is really helpful."
