"While I understand i had booked nonrefundable room, so I am not eligible to claim the cancelation, how ever I couldnt travel due to flight cancelation and had to completely postpone my plan. I have booked for 3 days, I would have appreciated if they provide some compensation or credit considering my situations so that I could have utilized in future. They were not helpful in even hearing what I was going through in mid way where I was waiting for 6 hours in airport midnight. I prefer to avoid...

"I sent and email to the manager requesting a refund. They put us in a family room on the first floor where they know the AC does not work. We had no sleep and this ruined our family get away. We did not feel safe and the room was like a Sauna. I would appreciate you help getting my money back and I will never stay at this place again."

"We loved how close it is to the Prudential Center. Just a very short walk. The place was clean, comfortable beds and helpful staff. Was disappointed that there was not a restaurant on site even though the description said it did. I don’t consider a Starbucks as a restaurant. Otherwise it was great, there are nice places to eat close by recommended by the hotel."

"I booked this place months in advance. The day of, the host sends me a message to call him to discuss the reservation. He provides no phone number. After looking and finding the number, I call him. He tells me there is an issue with the 'tenant' and the location has changed. I ask him if the new place is compatible and he assures me it is. He tells me he will send the new location shortly. It is now about 9:40am. Noon time comes around and I have not heard back from him so I message again....

"It's a nice looking property from the outside but not in the best of neighbourhoods. The smoke detector on the 2nd floor didn't have a cover on it so not sure if it worked. I had to ring the owner up at 23.00 as I couldn't get the front door opened. You had to pull the handle as you entered the door code."

"BEWARE!!! This was terrible. It’s not a hotel by any means. Located in a bad neighborhood, there is no one there to greet you. We stood on a rotting porch for 15 minutes after ringing the ring doorbell only to be told someone would be there in 2 minutes. The smoke alarm dead battery screech coming from inside told me enough. "Absolutely horrible, They lied about how we would be accomodated, the information they provide is completely confising, what they ask of the guests in terms of how to enter and what codes and rules, is just as confusing, they made us wait an hour after our arranged arrival, completely disgusting, they should not be allowed to provide any type of service "

"The bathroom was a mess and back up, the entire rooms smell like urine and the towel were dirty the bed linen cause me to end up at the doctor after leaving the property. The experience was awful."

"I didn’t even stay there. First of all they didn’t even send any instructions in advance. Then they sent me to a different location. The room was in a three bedroom place which I wasn’t aware it’s a shared space. There was no heat (it was 40 degrees in NJ) no toiletries including toilet paper or towels or shampoo. "This propery says entire apartment. It is a room with a toilet (at best). Others are shared. I text the owner that there was no heat when I checked in, he text me 30 minutes before check out. I went to The Marriott and had a comfortable stay. The room is in need of repair. Blinds are see through, etc. Forget about this."
