"Be aware of all the fees!! There is $30 property fee + $25 parking fee! What the heck? Last week, I stayed at a hotel in NYC and it was $25 parking fee. There is also a humid smell in the room. I was going to give a one-star rating. Now I am giving them 3. The extra 2 stars are earned by the breakfast staff. They were quick to restock the food and clean the tables. They were attentive to guests’ needs. Great work shouldn’t go unnoticed. Kudos to them. Next time I will stay at rehoboth beach area...

"Very nice property consisting of rooms and cabins situated on the shore of Herring Creek along route 50 in West Ocean City. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was simple but adequate. Direct access to the creek for fishing/kayaking. I would stay here again."

"We could see the ocean and people coming and going to the beach. Only walk-up but dumb waiter for luggage. Simple beach place to stay."

"I have never seen a harder worker than Norma. She is a hustler who does her job and then some, both polite and courteous. She has to be the best employee. I have ambivalent feelings about check in. Our room was nice. Breakfast left a lot to be desired. We only ate once in the breakfast room. Check out was easy."

"Recently refurbished. Room was very clean except the ants were a problem in the room. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Not much of a beach view but from the balcony we could hear and see the part of the ocean. Parking spaces were EXTREMELY small. The amenities were ok. We chose this hotel for the arcade and indoor pool because we took our grandchildren. Pool was very dirty and full of sand when we arrived. But all in all I would definelty stay here again. "We were surprised to find crumbs on the floor. in the bedroom! There were some type of flies coming out of the sink until we shoved rag in it! During the night the flies were on the pillow in the bed! Very disappointed that the Clerk that checked us in never gave us the 15% Moose Lodge discount! Cleaning staff was attentive and provided us with extra T Paper when asked and then asked if we needed anything else! My husband was disappointed that the breakfast didn't change up at all...
