The pool area was clean and enjoyable, and we appreciated that towels were provided so we didn’t have to bring our own. The next day, we needed extra bath towels in our room, and after calling the front desk, they were delivered within minutes. "This hotel is GORGEOUS! We stayed on the 3rd floor and lived our room. Very spacious, comfortable, nicely decorated, very clean and decorated beautifully. The history of that building made it even more awesome. The bed, towels and linens were very nice and the room came with a blow dryer and steamer to iron clothes. "I stayed at this hotel after booking through Expedia and had a terrible experience. They tried to charge me $250 for a chair that was supposedly damaged, even though it was already broken when I arrived. Instead of handling the situation professionally, they immediately blamed me and attempted to force an unfair charge. On top of that, the hotel claimed there was a “7-day stay policy” through Expedia, which is completely false and was never disclosed during booking. It felt dishonest and...

"Blood stain on my pillow, dirty foam in the hot tub and the exercise room smelled like sweat. The breakfast attendant was great and they did apply a discount due to the stained pillow. The bed was comfortable and convient location"
