They tried to charge me $250 for a chair that was supposedly damaged, even though it was already broken when I arrived. "The staff was incredibly friendly, and our room was ready earlier than expected, which was a great start to our stay. The pool area was clean and enjoyable, and we appreciated that towels were provided so we didn’t have to bring our own. The next day, we needed extra bath towels in our room, and after calling the front desk, they were delivered within minutes. Breakfast offered a great variety of options, including Belgian waffles, eggs, bagels, cereal, and much more. We truly enjoyed our stay...

"The room was clean and everything looked great. My only issues were that the bed was too firm so I wasn’t comfortable and the shower head was clogged so it had poor water pressure."

"Blood stain on my pillow, dirty foam in the hot tub and the exercise room smelled like sweat. The breakfast attendant was great and they did apply a discount due to the stained pillow. The bed was comfortable and convient location"

"The heavy curtain that blocks out light had a huge tear in it. The outside shower curtain had mold on the top corner. The soap dish holder had cracks in it. The carpet smelled bad and looked really worn out. Overall, the inside of the property is pretty worn down. Bistro area had old scratched tables and chairs. Couches had stains. I will not choose this property if I ever visit the area again. The staff was mediocre… only one person was professional and helpful. Nobody could tell me why...
