"Rooms were clean, but noisy, the windows did not open fully, and it was hot inside, and the hotel did not have A/C in rooms. Only given two bath towels. Bed was comfortable, but pillows flimsy. Great bar and pub, good for dinner, but breakfast was so so. The staff was okay"

"Food great, bar great, room good. Problem..no wi fi working and normal phone service non existent in the building. Had to step outside. No tv remote. Only had shower gel in shower, nothing in sink. No iron but there was ironing board!"
