"Do not book a room in this hotel! They will double book your room and send you to another hotel 30 min away. The room was paid for and when my mother arrived to try and rest before an international flight the next morning, she was notified that her room was unavailable and that she would be sent to another hotel. She waited 2 hours and had to pay for the transport arranged by the hotel. Unacceptable treatment of guests, was our experience. Never booking here again."

"Arrived just before midnight, got to our room, walked into it and was it with the smell of cigarette smoke, despite it being listed as a non-smoking room. It smelts like an ashtray. Went down to tell the front desk and they seemed surprised, not sure how cleaning staff could not smell it, and while they did offer to move us rooms we were too tired to move and have an early flight. "Lifts were awkwardly placed. We needed to use the stairs. Noisy. The front desk staff weren’t very helpful. They were not available 24 hours as advertised. I needed to speak to someone overnight. When I went downstairs, there was no-one at the desk. When they were present, they were more focussed on laughing and joking between themselves than on the service of guests."
