"Right next to the port. Really clean rooms, particularly the bathrooms. Very helpful. Stayed one night after getting off the late ferry from Portsmouth. I had a problem with my car getting off the ferry. I had to hire a car for my onward journey. The hotel let me use their car park (which was secure and safe - Gated) to store my car until I came back to catch the ferry a few days later. They arranged a taxi for me to the airport to pick up the hire car. I cannot thank them enough for letting me...

Le personnel est au TOP et les équipements de la chambre sont très bien. Par contre, au niveau du spa en commun, plusieurs équipements qui permettent la diffusion de jet massant (sortie d'air) sont défectueuses sur 3 équipements sur 4. "The room was very clean but the breakfast was terrible. There was nothing out when we went down. 3 croissants. No bread. We had to ask for it. No apple juice. It was empty. He had to get a new one. No milk. Had to ask. No butter. A fridge was there so you had to look inside for it. We had to pay 10 euros each. We would like to have this reimbursed.
