"Excellent location. Very well maintained property. Very courteous staff. When we arrived early at around 10am, a room was ready and they gave it to us without trying to scam us asking for an early check in fee or making us wait. There was a minor issue with the room and this was resolved immediately.
Riverside folks have earned our loyalty "

"Okay breakfast, not alot of choice. Coffee could be better.
Bed were too soft but an ok sleep. Got off the cruise ship at 8am and i was able to get early checkin at 9am wjich was amazing. Free shuttle to airport in the morning.
I.would recommend this hotel, very short walking distance to a few restaurants and a movie theater is a bonus.."

"I stayed this recent weekend for my son’s 5th birthday and it couldn’t have been more perfect. We had an oceanfront room, there’s a separate living room area from the bedroom and 2 bathrooms it was just what I wanted. "I've been to plenty Tru by Hilton hotels for years and this is the worst. When I first walk in the room the bathroom had a half roll of toilet paper not to mention the toilet was clogged up before I could even use and not enough towels for me and my partner. Rooms were not properly clean and barely could get the TV to work. Valet was taking 20-30 mins to park and retrieve my car. The next time I'm in town I will be finding elsewhere and I could barely get the help from the desk."

"A good place to stay. The room was clean, the staff was exceptionally friendly, the beach experience was great, and the food at the restaurant was very good. The location is also excellent, with many restaurants nearby.
Two things that could be improved:
First, the pool/beach area has only one restroom (maybe there was another one for men, but I am not sure), and it was not clean most of the time.
Second, the bathroom was spacious and included both a nice bathtub and a large showerhead....

"I'm just sorry that I couldn't stay longer at the Best Western Plus North Miami/Bal Harbor. The property was conveniently located near a Whole Foods Market, a pharmacy and Denny's, and an interesting array of chickens and ducks lived nearby. The outdoor pool was very inviting, and I enjoyed using the fitness center. I definitely plan to return the next time I visit Miami!"
