"Hotel staff was very friendly. Rooms were clean. Hotel is just a bit dated...but will definitely stay again if visiting Salem.
Downfalls: walls are very thin. Can hear the other rooms toilet flushing, showers and the doors slam very loudly.
Our toilet seat was extremely loose...took you for a ride when you sat down. Told the front desk 2 separate days and no one showed up. Finally I called and they came right away. Maintenance only tightened seat but it was not aligned with toilet. Maintenance...

"Clean room. Very good spread for breakfast with healthy options as well. The pool was closed for our entire stay for construction which was a bummer as that was one of the main reasons we chose this place. But otherwise the room was very clean and the sitting areas were all so well kept that we felt welcome to play card/board games next to other residents."

"First, this is a motel, not a hotel. It's also not that easy to access or even find. The first room they gave me was on the second floor, carried my luggage all the way up there (which was difficult at my age) only to discover the room had no electricity. The beds were comfortable and the room was well-equipped. The breakfast was just muffins/bagels and make-your-own waffles. They ran out of cream for the coffee. But the worst part of my experience was that the floor was filthy!"

"Check in process was easy. The location was accessible to a lot of places and options to dine. The hot tub and pool area were clean. Liked that after a long day of walking we were able to get an hour of hot tub/pool time. We had a suite that slept 7 and it was spacious. No one was on top of each other. We asked for extra towels at the front and they accomodated. Breakfast had a variety of items to choose from. It was a short but pleasant stay."
