"Hotel was advertised as having a breakfast restaurant, but I was informed the Colonial Restaurant was closed permanently the week before. It is replaced by a very small Taco snack room. Also, no room cleaning for a 4 night stay and no coffee refills. I was expecting better"

"I left my room at 10am and I didn’t get housekeeping. They ate lazy and have no staff after 3 only front desk. When I arrived had 3 towels and no toilet paper. I had to go downstairs to get it. Pool was not clean as it had leaves floating all around."
