"This was the only hotel in our trip (5 hotels) that didn't include breakfast in the cost, so we skipped it as it was fairly expensive. The room is very small and minimalist. Everything is "modern", but lacking, no side tables, super small desk with a stool, no room for suitcase, bare concrete walls, however the bathroom did have counter space. "I had the pleasure of staying here a few nights and it was great. Super nice staff, well appointed room, a new build so everything is fresh, good sound proofing, and super easy connections to airport and info central Copenhagen (M1 line and train station just 3min walk up the road). Most definitely recommend for anyone visiting Copenhagen or wider afield. A great stay for the price point and I will be back! "

"Was advertised as soundproof rooms with blackout blinds but neither true. You could hear the cleaners clattering around in the room nextdoor before 7am which added injury to insult as there is no service if stays are below four nights. "

"Super Lage aber sehr sehr Teures Parken und das Hotel an sich überteuert würde nie wieder hier Buchen Preis Leistung stimmt nicht aber wirklich sehr sehr nettes Personal hatten ein Falsches Zimmer gebucht und haben mit klein Kind ohne Aufpreis direkt ein Zimmer mit Queen Bett bekommen Danke nochmal aber das parken mit fast 40€ im Hotel für ein Tag ist Wahnsinn Teuer wenn Mann schon sowieso das 3 fache für das Hotel bezahlt lieber woanders buchen wo Parkmöglichkeiten vorhanden sind "

"Wir hatten nur am ersten Tag das Frühstücksbuffet genommen. Für den Preis war es auf jeden Fall überteuert. Aber dass ist auch Geschmacksache. Wir haben die anderen Tage außerhalb von Hotel gefrühstückt. Das Einkaufszentrum liegt direkt nebenan, dort kann man gut frühstücken, wie auch in der Stadt. Die Zimmer werden nur geputzt wenn man das am Tag vorher an der Rezeption bucht. Ansonsten sind die 3 Sterne gut so vergeben, wie sie sind. Mehr erwartet man von einem 3 Sterne Hotel nicht. "Great location for visiting Copenhagen, close to the metro station and a grocery store (Lidle). Place is clean, staff very friendly and helpful."

"Everything was perfect, except for: shower gel dispenser was empty (refilled immediately), there wasn’t enough complementary bottled water in the room, and the lights were a bit tricky to work (and needed the room key in the socket to run them. Room was nice and shower was very hot and consistent."

"Our stay was was comfortable however the bathroom had a strong sewer gas smell in the washroom, possibly due to a defective bottle seal under the sink. There were no replacements of glasses or coffee cups after room was cleaned. We appreciated the umbrellas for our use on rainy days - thank you!"
