"Fitness room is pointless, both treadmill and bike are broken. Pool was ok, the floor was dirty so I don't think they do regular cleaning of the pool. In my particular room by the bathroom the rug is so frayed that the wood piece with the nails that keeps the rug down was exposed, my wife hurt herself at night not realizing the rug nails were exposed. The bathroom tub faucet was corroded. The elevator inspection expire May 2026. Staff is noisy at night. Not enough towels in the room, we had to...

"Nice new property with clean, functioning rooms. Staff not well trained, though: Cleaning personnel in the way in the hallways and unapologetic about it. Front desk crew mostly heads-down."

"Room were clean bed comfortable. Hot tub absolutely disgusting the pool was nice. Talk to staff and they did not offer any compasation for the horrible conditions to the hot tub. I called ahead specifically to make sure all was good. The complaint landed on deaf ears."
