"Everything was great"

"All was excellent except I couldn't get the thermostat to work. It kept cooling and the only way that I could stop it was by turning it off. I reported it to the front desk but they couldn't fix it either. I will still stay there in the future."

I went to view the room and take snacks for my daughters before they arrived in town and the headboard was falling on one of the beds, te bathroom was not clean, the fridge was smelly and not clean, and the furniture was raggedy. "It was clean, quiet, had a nice microwave and mini-fridge, comfortable bed and everything we needed. The only downside was the minimal breakfast that was served. The manager and staff were very helpful, kind, and friendly."

It had a certain odor to it when walking in and when I got to my room that was labelled non-smoking it smelled as if someone had just been in there while smoking. The sofa bed that was in the room was real dirty look like it had bedbugs before they tried to switch me to another room that sofa bed was the same way the hotel is not the way it is presented online the morning when I woke up to take a shower the showerhead did not work. "Staff was great. Property needs some love ..a lot of rusted stuff around. There was a light smell of piss in the area where you first walk in. If they just invested some money and remodeled this would be an excellent Marriott property. Definitely bottom tier property for me but so grateful to be able to stay here last minute after I was booted out of my residence inn confirmed property two days before I arrived."
