"We arrived to a room with a toilet that didn't work. The front desk didn't contact me to move us. I had to go back to the front desk to find out about the new room assignment. Then, the new room was upstairs with no elevator and a single bed and a couch. We thought it was just the inconvenience of losing our two beds, but it got worse.
