"Quick check-in, and we got an upgrade for our room. The staff at the reception, restaurant, and the gentleman at the pool area were all very friendly and welcoming. "I booked a stay just for 1 night and confirmed everything. Got the receipt, cabin number, door code. Etc, early the day of the check in. Drove up there to find out that they double booked our stay and could not accommodate us. We drove 2 hours with 2 babies with us to find out that we can’t stay to a cabin that we wanted.
