"We had a great stay at this Hampton Inn in Orlando. The hotel was very clean, and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was decent and had a good variety of options. What really stood out was the staff—they were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely stay here again."

"We had a leak in our room from the room above. Maybe the bathroom above. I mentioned it at the front desk on June 29 and no one even came and looked at it. I was there from June 27 - July 1. I told someone again when we checked out. We were in building B #1244. The leak was next to the bed closest to the bathroom coming from the ceiling and dripping onto the carpet in the corner. Also, the light and the alarm clock on the nightstand didn’t work, which means we couldn’t charge our phones...

"I loved staying at this hotel. It is super close to the conference center and it has a covered walkway. The beds and pillows were comfortable. I appreciated that the market was open late. I was able to purchase pizza that was hot. In the morning, it was not overcrowded. There was enough space to accommodate the large volume of travelers. It would have been nice to have shuttles to the parks and They Pointe Orlando. It is a bit of a walk to restaurants off property. My room was quiet and provided...

"We had stayed here previously and had a good experience, but not this time. Our door night latch was loose so kept flipping over and locking us out. The water was turned off between 10-6. The fire alarm went off both nights at 3:15 AM… yes, both nights at the same time. We had to evacuate the building but allowed back in within 10 minutes.
