"Property was fine. We had an accessable room. It seemed a bit rundown but was totally fine. There was no free breakfast or anything so we didn't really try anything else at the hotel. It was a good stay overall and good location to Universal. "

"This hotel exceeded my expectations! VERY clean and the amenities in it were so useful. You have a Starbucks, a quick service restaurant and pizza delivery to your room! What else could you want. The shuttle service to the parks were great and quick. It is within walking distance to a lot of places to eat as well. I will def be staying here again. "

"Room was clean, well made up, beds are comfy. A/C was working a treat and much needed too. Cleaners were friendly and thorough, loads of storage space. Shower over the bath was a bit week and worn but it worked perfectly well every time and thats what you need. All in all a very pleasent stay If I have a criticism it would be the total lack of respect by the other guests. Noisy kids at 0115, banging doors and parents just as loud into the early hours. That is not the fault of the hotel though...

"Room was never cleaned, there for 4 nights. Had to get own towels and remove own trash daily. Breakfast was the same for 4 days. Hallway and room smelled like marijuana the first night. Parking was $5/day, did not say that when booked hotel. Easily accessible for what we needed. Front desk staff was amazing, friendly, and helpful"

"Hotel is under costruction inside. Be prepared for typical construction noise at 8am. 7 days a week!!"

"We ate breakfast there and it was a great. The Hispanic lady that works the breakfast area in the morning does a great job. I wish I could remember her name. She provides great customer service. The pool area was clean and it had plenty of clean towels. It's located five minutes from the universal studios. Location and everything was great. "
