"Room was dirty and needed updating/repairs. Dirt along the walls and sprayed liquids on pictures and bathroom walls. No blankets on the beds, just a sheet and light bedcover. Air conditioner was loud, but worked well. Think bath towels. Morning breakfast eggs were clearly packaged. Grounds outside had trash and parking lot is ill kept. Rough area of town."

"Walked in to a fight in the lobby, with cops called. Person checking in before us was given a key, and checked into someone else’s room. Wouldn’t go back if it was free!"

"The staff was extremely polite and welcoming. The property was fairly clean but is really showing wear. Carpets in elevators were badly stained and universal machine in workout room needed maintenance. Location was great as it is very close to highways. In the hotel's defense, it looks like they are in the process of some renovations. I hope they get those finished. I would use this hotel in the future if I were in town."

"Great stay. I can tell the owners have been working hard to make improvements. I slept well, my room was clean. Everything worked and the staff was helpful. Areas for improvement would include replacing the current mattresses and maybe to create a space where people can hang out amd lounge outside so they aren’t just sitting around a parking lot."

"Great service and responsive to any issues. Carpet in room had a smell. Maintenance was very responsive to address the issue. However, I think corporate should have a better schedule to replace the carpet. It was obvious that it had far passed its useful life."

"Room was clean and staff was nice. Breakfast wasn’t good at all. There was literally no options. I came to my room every night around 8/9 and literally NO parking spots. I had to drive around for awhile to wait for someone to leave to even get a parking spoting. In my room you have to turn the water on cold in order to get hot water. The towel holder was coming out the wall. Overall it was ok but it was cheap so I wasnt expecting much"

"The hotel give what you need a place to lay your head no Bell or whistles. Directly across from the airport basically. I did appreciate the shuttle service."

"We left a day early and apparently my third party they didn't want to refund my money the hotel was the one that mention that to my third party booking which I think is mess up, after I checked out and the customer service guy mention he would refund but it will all depend on my third party if they will so i reach out to my third party and they were going to refund after reaching out to the hotel and apparently the hotel said NO so that is mess up!"
