Dear Joyce, thank you for your feedback. We do not have laundry service, as we are a 2 star hotel, but in front of us you had one to use. We do have parking, not in the hotel, but at 3 minutes walking distance, less than any other in the area. You reserved an interior room and we gave you a free upgrade. Any maintenance trouble is solved as fast as possible. We are disappointed to see that you did not valorate as well other things like free bottled water or coffee, that we put as courtesy in the rooms. Best regards!

We do not share your point of view, the property has improved a lot, offering details as a professional coffee machine and water in the lounge, or a courtesy coffee, tea and biscuits in the rooms.
